What to expect at ceremony? ShadowWork Journaling as the Full Moon offers Illumination for that which we can not see, Riding the WAVES of Emotion Share Circle, Yoga, BreathWork, Burning Ceremony as we release that which no longer serves to make room for Love & Light, Moon Dancing, Drumming & Social Time after ceremony under the moon & stars! When the weather does not allow outdoor ceremony we move practices indoors.
To get a feel of what we do in our ShadowWork Journaling exercises at ceremonies here is our January 2023 Journal practice as an example. Our shadows are the dark corners of self and can be our greatest teachers. Illuminate!
The Wolf Full Moon was in the sign of Cancer which represents the Great Mother. She teaches us to mother ourselves. To sit with our emotions and have a conversation with them.

💭 Ask yourself what have you been reaching for rather than addressing your emotions? creating story, overeating, masking, drinking, overworking, smoking, vaping, shopping, gossiping, Netflixing, trolling, controlling, keyboard warriors, sexing, porn, denying, bullying, shaming and drugs are a few examples. Mother moon wants you to sit with this.
💪 This can be challenging as we often become addicted to things, people or situations that stunt our growth & soul development. These are DISTRACTIONS! Many times distractions can bring relief to shame, pain, trauma, stress or heartache that we rather not feel or address.
🔥 Distinguish what feels familiar & what truly feels like home. Release our dark friends, our long lived self-sabotaging habits. This is an opportunity to ILLUMINATE ✨ that which we can not see and TRANSFORM!!! 💫
